As presented in the Team Organization portion of the website, Patriot IT has a matrix type of organization. The strength of that organizational format is that each of the Practice Leaders are encouraged to work very closely with each other and can share, as appropriate, their resources.

The firm’s Government Services Practice is led by a highly experienced individual. That individual has marketed and delivered several millions of dollars worth of mission-critical projects for a wide variety of government agencies through his association with top-level consulting contractors. The firm’s matrix organization promotes the ability of the Practice Leader to organize and manage engagements for each of Patriot IT’s Practices separately or in combination to meet requirements of a contract’s scope of work.

Patriot IT has the capability to execute contracts on Federal, State, and Local levels. The work effort can be carried out as a prime or subcontractor. The firm is willing to form partnerships and joint ventures as well — ensuring that services provided will be highly advantageous to clients in the public sector.

Patriot IT is fully apprehensive of the stringent requirement to fully document all of its work on a project. Patriot Delivers is our own, highly secure, open system architected management and documentation system designed to meet or exceed government specifications.

Staff members hold security clearances up to and including Top Secret.
